MISSION STATEMENT
Commonhealth Chiropractic is dedicated to restoring the health of each individual who enters our office through the correction of vertebral subluxations. We strive to care for our patients as if they were members of our own families, serving them with honesty, kindness, and the highest level of skill. Forever learning, we will continue to keep our patients current on the latest advancements within the world of chiropractic and health. By giving and serving out of abundance, no barrier shall ever come between individuals and the care they deserve. We must operate as if the future of this practice depends solely on the satisfaction of those who seek our help.

DR. STEVEN LEVY
Dr. Levy grew up in Manalapan, NJ and earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Ithaca College (’91). While attending Ithaca College, Dr. Levy was a center on the school’s 1988 Division III National Championship Football Team.
Dr. Levy first became a chiropractic patient when he was a small child, and he has always considered it part of a healthy lifestyle. After graduating from Ithaca, his past experience with chiropractic brought him to Life Chiropractic College (Atlanta, GA). After graduating from Life in 1995, Dr. Levy entered into private practice with Dr. Michael DeRose at CommonHealth Chiropractic.
Dr. Levy lives in Brambleton, with his wife Liz and their two sons, Eric and Nicholas. His hobbies include golf and being with his family.

DR. MICHAEL DeROSE
Dr. DeRose, originally from Buffalo, N.Y, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College (’91). While at Ithaca, Dr. DeRose was a linebacker on the school’s football team, and a member of its 1988 Division III National Championship Football Team.
Dr. DeRose first sought chiropractic care for a sports related injury while in high school (Canisius H.S. ’87). Wrestling and football ensured that he would require chiropractic care, helping him compete and participate at a higher level while maintaining optimal health.
Dr. DeRose began to pursue his career in chiropractic as a result of his mother’s decision to also become a chiropractor. After graduation from Ithaca College, Dr. DeRose joined his mother, Mary (a former registered nurse), at Life Chiropractic College (Atlanta, GA). After graduation from Life (’95), Dr. DeRose moved to Virginia and opened CommonHealth Chiropractic with Dr. Steven Levy (Dr. Mary DeRose is a chiropractor in Sedona, AZ).
Dr. DeRose lives in N. Arlington with his wife, Deanna. When not at work, he can be found at the gym or the golf course. If he hadn’t chosen a career in chiropractic, he thinks it might’ve been rewarding to work at (or own) a winery in Sonoma, CA, where he was married.
